Anyone been through the process lately?

My info is old, when most new hires had the type. A buddy said he always was done with class Friday at lunch, back at it Monday and he and his classmates would go home for the weekend.

I'm hearing it's much more intense now, with few days off and not much of a chance to go home.

What's pay during training?
