I'll believe it if there's something in black and white for evidence, but until then it's just a rumor....as for the 76 seat issue that elmetal points out, a cargo plane would get around that. It'll only need 3 seats (pilots and the JS).

And how I see it as somewhat believable is that Amazon Prime Air works by using subcontractors. Atlas and a few others are flying the 767, using the MRJ or a smaller airframe might make sense going into small cities.
INC is shortly going to have a 121 certificate with no flying left on it, right...
