Life could be improved, and it wouldn't cost the company a cent. Probably could save a whole lot of money.
Just allow people to work their schedules out a bit more. So many sick and fatigue calls are expensive. I don't have numbers, but I bet we are setting some records for sick/fatigue/missed trips these days.
(Not everyone hates ODANs, for example. For people who live in base and have small kids, they would actually be a super deal.)
