Go to a job fair, have a friend over at SWA (or another major) walk your resume in, get in interview shape, get a degree if you don't have one. 12 years & 9000 TT and you are going to PSA? Nothing against PSA. SWA is hiring 800 pilots this year and 1000 next. Delta, United and American are all hiring similar numbers. All of the pilots with a degree are going to be sucked out of the regionals.
