Holy hell that is the truth! I completely forgot about how true that was when I was new. I used to think.. "wow!! These guys have been here 20 plus years... I am so happy for everyone getting into the regionals now at 23/24 most will be where they want before 30. Doesn't matter where you are Mesa, Great Lakes, Envoy.. You upgrade gain some expirence-do something for your company other than just line fly and any of the big 3 will offer you a interview.
