Hi all,

I've been trying to jumpseat on Frontier when I saw our usual 9E credentials no longer work for the website.
I was told by ID90travel customer service we cannot list on them anymore....and since we can only jumpseat by being listed, can't fly on Frontier at all.

The lady on customer service gave me an American Airlines login for the site, which does not have Frontier as an option to list on.

Anyone have any luck within 9E?
