I would say the junior bases go: ACY, DTW, FLL, ORD, and then LAS or DFW. You usually can hold any of these base within the first 6 months after your hire date.
Or go to SouthWest and hold any base out of training for twice the money.
And don't forget NK isn't growing as fast anymore. DFW Captains who have upgraded are sitting reserve for a year or longer now. That's one thing to factor into your decision as we have almost no retirements. Your QOL will depend entirely on growth or people senior to you leaving for greener pastures.
