There are many more differences between the two airlines. For one, their contract is full of holes that allowed the company to just institute a PBS program unilaterally. It had to be negotiated at TSA. KS, while probably helpful in that regard, was just a go-between. FO and the infamous DH still had to sign off on any big money items like a min day. Your union is what got you that, not KS.
