And don't forget NK isn't growing as fast anymore. DFW Captains who have upgraded are sitting reserve for a year or longer now. That's one thing to factor into your decision as we have almost no retirements. Your QOL will depend entirely on growth or people senior to you leaving for greener pastures.
This ^^^, plus the way I see it is if they don't settle this pilot contract, they are going to have to start cancelling orders because we won't be able to staff them.
