I've gotten a couple of pairs of titanium blended bifocals with scratch resistance, uv protection, and glare reduction for $85 each at Andy Optical on the north side of the S&T Center, store C2-04 on the "river" hallway with the winding tiles down the middle. They have a great selection of frames and 24 hour turnaround time. Andy and his wife Judy are very easy to work with and speak good english. I just brought my eyeglass prescription to them, and the glasses were reay the next day. The frames are very nice, but the lenses could be a little thinner. But for the price, they'll work just fine.
