Brother, Some people are unhappy here, some people are happy, 121 is a wonderful thing , great lifestyle , great compensation, this place works for some people, but if you are a sole income ,40 or under , individual your earnings prospects will be higher in the 121 world, especially freight. I think I'm one of the few people who enjoy this place who posts on these boards, but the reality is on a dollars and cents level for new hires , 121 is more lucrative, at least until there is some level of real growth, and upgrade potential.
