I think we all know 121 is more lucrative, but I would bet the pilots applying to netjets aren't leaving, or being considered at Delta/Southwest (unless they're 65). The potential new hires are coming from 24/7 on call 91 positions, other fractionals, and small 135 departments. There are plus and minuses everywhere, but in general, netjets does offer a QOL way ahead of those options.
