NetJets is a hard job. Probably one of the hardest in aviation. Having said that, before the economic collapse in 2008 it was a decent company to work for. When management was thrown out after the economic collapse and the bean counters were installed it became one of the worst to work for. They have worked on improving it, but from those I still talk to not much has changed. There are a lot of great pilots at NetJets and they deserve to be among the highest compensated in aviation and have solid work rules to work under. Unfortunately a majority of pilots there didn't agree when they voted for the last contract. There are a number of previous NJA Captains with 12-18 years of seniority who jumped ship to the company I presently work for and many more that I know who were unfortunately unsuccessful at their first interview try. There are several Captains who have left to start over at the bottom of other companies as well. Take that for what it's worth.
