The potential new hires are coming from 24/7 on call 91 positions, other fractionals, and small 135 departments. There are plus and minuses everywhere, but in general, netjets does offer a QOL way ahead of those options.
You’d bet wrong. Not sure how it is now, but when my new hire class came on board, we were all there because NetJets was the first to call. Since then half the clsss is gone and another is giving notice as he has a SWA class date.
I left a higher paying, better QOL job to go to NetJets, as did a few others in my class, because I didn’t want to believe what people on APC told me and we thought a good contract was coming lol. That’s why we all fought to leave.
All somebody has to do is compile the data from 2/2015 (my new hire class which was the first new hire class post recall) to now, and see the percentage of FOs leaving after 2/2015 and before. I know that the attrition of new hires is very high.
