NJ's management has always been reactive and have become abrasive yet again. We are understaffed, overworked, and underpaid, but it's just good enough here to hold out until a major calls. I only work approximately 15 days a month, the vacation is good, the healthcare is good, and I don't have to commute. That being said, I'm still ****ed off when I look at my paycheck and the time I've been here. The contract was such a disappointment... And being so close to the bottom of the list is no fun either. I can only understand why a select few people should want to come here given the current hiring environment. The job would be a good fit for those few people (if they can stomach the pay, long upgrade time, and being stuck in a small-cabin business jet) , but everyone else would be better off looking elsewhere.
