I agree with this. I haven't had less than 15 days off this entire year (usually 16-19 days off) and I never have an issue getting the days off I want. The SAP doesn't always work as we would like it too, but it does work. I usually credit around 65 hours with 18-19 days off and if I only want off 16-17 days I can credit 70-80 hours. Buddy of mine in DAY ended up with about 70 hours of credit with 20 days off this month. That's really hard to do and takes a degree of luck but not impossible. Especially with the summer schedules we've had this year. 20+ hour trips are more the norm. I've had more 22+ hour 4 days than not this summer.
