Somebody there needs to learn the meaning of the phrase "can't win for losing".

There's nothing wrong with having reasonable expectations. I have yet to find anyone at ABX who doesn't understand that. And anyone who deliberately undervalues their own labor thinking that a corporate behemoth like Amazon is going to shower them with cash later is seriously deluded.
