JB is a NYC based airline, they understand, just call and say you're stuck in traffic.

I live in NJ, at 1:15 drive without traffic plus 30 mins to get from Long term parking to the terminal. Never had a problem.
(if they want you to get there" as soon as possible" they'll approve short term parking expense but never agree to anything less than 2 hour commute)
I know it's splitting hairs, but " under normal traffic" is not the terminology JB uses, it's "unexpected circumstances".

If you've been assigned a 0700. Your normal driving conditions put you right at 2:00 hours, but it's rush hour, you might have some explaining to do if you continually miss your showtime during rush hour.

mAAybe we can shift to the way AA does things for reserve. I think their terminology is "good faith effort". In my mind that includes a stop at Dunkin, eat my breakfast, and greet Mint customers in the lounge
