That's the reference I was using combined with similar rumors from the line. To be expected really. Otherwise I have no clue if guys are really getting sacked or for what reasons.
Doubt regional guys are struggling especially since they are all high time guys and usually have some history of being involved in their previous airlines training dept. It's the same job, bigger metal. Doing it with a constant level of fatigue and during the worst times of the night really add a level or two of difficulty. Having to deal with the witches in crew logistics and some of the bonehead FQS guys kicks it up another notch as well. Then add intl, if one hasn't done it before, on top of all that and things could get rough for some. But that's applicable to guys from either background. I could see long term regional guys struggle with adapting to a new company's SOP. It's so similar to their previous job but there are enough little differences to really mess with their head which can lead to big problems. JMO...
