If they increase to 18 per month thats a Feb '18 upgrade (2 years 2 months) and I think those are fairly conservative numbers. In reality they should probably be doing 20+ upgrades a month to keep from falling further behind, 20+ CA critical trips in the last 4 days!
You guys are gonna start splitting hairs about 2 y. 5 m. vs. 2 y. 7 m.? I said my numbers are UNLESS SOMETHING CHANGES, i.e. worst case, and that I really hope the company picks up upgrades.

That being said, I don't believe in sweeping our problems under the rug so that we can get more new hires. I definitely wouldn't want that done to me, would you all? (Not you personally JD, but those who've advocated for this). I presented the baseline case and the variables that went into it. Like any other person here I hope that the company sees the light, especially after the hiring freeze fiasco, and makes this place more attractive to new hires.

BTW, 3 personal friends of mine have recently interviewed here. All 3 had another offer from Company S. After speaking with me (and others), 2 decided to come here, and one is still thinking while he's finishing building time. I think most of not all of us here want this company to succeed enough for all of us to move on with great memories of our time at Compass. If you believe it, go out and recruit!
