I was hired with no references and 2,500 hours. HR is at the helm and they are doing a terrible job. To give you an example, last year they interviewed to build a pilot pool. 6 months later when they needed to hire, the pool had literally dried up. Fast forward to now, 3 out of 10 showed up for interviews and they were going to put them in a pool once again lol. You not getting a call is not a reflection on you, but rather the terrible job HR is doing.
