I agree completely with both pilotpayne and hornetdriver. I've had many questions I've asked ALPA that went unanswered. Really leaves a bad taste when you get ignored. I agree with you and Payne. I'm giving him crap because he said that that is typical of them. In my experience it's the exact opposite.
But out of curiosity what type of questions have you asked and not received a response? Who did you ask? What email address did you use?
