I don't know where you got your facts but it takes year 9 before a UPS FO makes more then a Kalitta Captain. By year 3 of the new contract, No UPS FO pay surpasses Kalitta Captain pay.
I'll guess you'll be seeing a stampede of UPS F/O's going to Kalitta then!
