There are the most useful app for IFR.
Pilot Trainer – IFR Pack – Flygo-Aviation Ltd.
ADF + RMI (IFR) Instructor by FlyGoo – Flygo-Aviation Ltd.

I really like these, easy to use, and give me lot of practicing opportunities.
