In regards to trips, for all of you out there that are new (day one or 7 months) just because you calendar says your flight leaves Tuesday, that doesn't mean its Tuesday where you are. Please use the brain your parents gave you and realize that Tuesday is a "Z" date, that might mean Monday in AK or the west coast. 0030Z could easily be the day before on the west coast or in AK depending on the time of year.

Pay attention, hang up the damn phone, and act like you aren't entitled to anything other than the benefit of the doubt that you aren't one of the ones acting this dumb, otherwise we will all be wearing diapers.

As one of our schedulers famously said "what Z time is it where you at?"
