You admit that the Red Label pilots are underpaid, but seek to be paid the same? You must have misspoke/typed.
Equal pay for the same job.....yes
Equal pay for different jobs.....no
I don't feel that Red Label pilots work anymore than a typical line pilot. Do Lear pilots work more than Global pilots? Do you want equal pay no matter the plane you're on?
UPS did this and made the 74 become the junior airplane.

It's odd that you ask such a question as a Flexjet or Flight Options pilot. If you work for either of these companies, wouldn't you want as much flying as possible kept under the DAC umbrella? Or do you work for a company outside of DAC?
I know what the contract says, I was just curious to your and the unions opinion. A unions response is normally "hell no, all flying is done by our pilots!"
