Go get a mortgage on a house and try to count it as pay, mortgage companies get it and that's why it won't be counted.
It needs to be turned into an hourly wage increase, then it will be considered pay.
And the 83 hours is fair, it will give more money than the retention bonus to 85% of our pilots.
Uggh, in the next section 6, should the normal contract raises be based on 83 hours from now on? Why not just work our pilots to death, and base it off 95 hours?
