My understanding is that the question asks for "infractions". You didn't have an infraction, you had a wreck. Now if you want to discuss this in a potential interview as "something I learned from" go for it but I would absolutely NOT list it on the app simply because it's not the question they are asking, and will probably get your app skipped over in the pile.
