The biggest benefit of Netjets is the basing system and healthcare.
Spirit, Allegiant, Frontier, AKVx, JetBlue all blow NetJets out of the water when it comes to pay, work rules, and QOL (on the road).
To compare Netjets to a Big3+SWA is like pee wee football vs the NFL.
I don't know. JetBlue pay kind of blows. And I hear guys complain about their health insurance. Maybe it's good for an FO to leave NJA or Xojet to go to a place like JB, but for a captain to take the pay cut it would take years to recover at JB...Not to mention the others above.
