I feel like it took forever to hear a peep out of Netjets HR. After reading most of this thread I'm really thinking hard about what I might be looking for from Netjets. Seems that with the forever upgrades, ie none in sight, its just not worth it. And on the other hand I've heard its a great stepping stone to a major, SW, DAL, AA, etc. I guess my question would be, is Netjets a career move now? Can I make Netjets my last job and enjoy it?

Netjets is not a stepping stone to the majors. There are tons of FOs and PIC with their stuff out and not a peep. If your long term goal is big airplanes, I would strongly recommend Spirit or Jetblue. They hire corporate guys and if you get stuck there, it's much better than stuck at NJA. Of course if you live in a small town, than NJA's home basing is very valuable.
