As someone who has done interviewing at a previous airline, the interview is a simple process. Show up looking presentable, demonstrate a respectful level of competency by having taken the couple hours to brush up on the regs and a few TMAAT questions, and most importantly act like someone the interviewer wouldn't mind spending four with, and you're good to go.
As for the culture at Frontier, there isn't one. Half of the seniority list has been hired in the last 3 years. We are the same as every other airline. Mission oriented professionals who show up, get the job done, and want to be compensated by the market rate accordingly.
