As for the culture at Frontier, there isn't one. Half of the seniority list has been hired in the last 3 years. We are the same as every other airline. Mission oriented professionals who show up, get the job done, and want to be compensated by the market rate accordingly.
Nailed it. The much vaunted "culture" at frontier is a bs myth. It's the same as everywhere else except we are working for half compensation. Anyone that brags about our culture should be ashamed.
