Ahhh. More to the story. When JFK is using the perpindicular runway for departure storage it would be aggravating to have strobes flashing in my eyes for a long period of time. So upon further review with the new evidence admitted they are found to be guilty. Toolish behavior indeed. Turn them on when on the active though fellas.
