What did you expect? NJA is good for people hired 14 years ago and upgraded quickly. That's not you. No one goes to flight school so they can sit right seat in a business jet for 15 years, playing copilot/babysitter to some septogenarian who's there just to get out of the house and will probably die the day after their retirement is forced on them by FDAC. Is there more flying satisfaction at NJA than the airlines, yes, but there is far, far less professional satisfaction. Gamble with your career appropriately.
