Keep in mind that this is even when a negotiation committee votes 100% for sending a contract for a vote.
I have voted to move this process forward in the hopes that the movement, vote, and discussion, will force DW's cold dead hands off of the next unions tenative agreement.
Instead of complaining and name calling, perhaps some intelligent ideas can come forth. Once this bull**** happens to you and you leave thousands of dollars on the table because of some selfish move by DW, you will better understand where the K4 pilot group is coming from.
I retire in 2.5 years. I won't be here for another contract. I do see the wisdom in doing something now. What I had hoped to see, was the other pilot groups step up and say, What is the issue? What can we do to solve it? I don't expect the 1224 Eboard do anything because doing anything to change the rules hurts Atlas.
PS Code Red, if you are planning on staying at K4 you had better pay more attention to what is going on. This issue going away unaddressed will come back to bite you big time
Perfect I get to move up another number.
