Delta is poaching pilots from the AA wholly owned regionals. Is that "morally acceptable"? Delta is hiring more PSA pilots each month than are flowing to AA, and Delta is loving it.
Every airline tries to attract other airlines pilots. I get post cards in the mail nearly every week, as well as emails and phone calls. At job fairs, I will have recruiters try to get me to leave PSA to go to their airline, especially Envoy. It happens all of the time.
