I was hesitant to post this because I was worried about coming off as trying to "poach" other pilots. That is not my intention and I apologize if I came off that way.

I interview pilots every single week that came from other airlines and I have done so for the last year. We did not "recruit" them. They chose to come and interview at PSA. I understand that it is a big decision, and it can be stressful.

What we hope to offer is an easy way to come to PSA if, and only if, you want to come here. If you are a current 121 pilot, we won't make you go buy a new suit, study for 2 weeks, take a day off of work and come and interview (in most cases - there are exceptions).

I do not get any bonuses to recruit people. No referral bonus. I do not have a quota. Nothing like that. If you want to come here and are qualified, I want to help you get here as painlessly as possible. I want to work at an airline that has good pilots that want to be here.
