Not really sure why folks are jumping down PSAs throat for... the AA wholly owned regionals have been providing opportunity for many folks who's careeers have deadended or faced potential job losses at contract carriers.

Does it suck yes, but it's a lot easier to face uncertainty with a job at one company knowing you've got options that you can execute tomorrow.

Significant portions of new hire classes at the AA Owned regionals are retread FOs from other companies already. The folks at PSA just made it easier for pilots in distress or pilots who want career growth and an escape plan from the regionals to get another job... they're not the enemy.
