Just FYI, most of the CAL ground personnel refer to CHQ as the "special needs" airline. Seriously though, I think it comes down to frustration from everyone in the CAL system. Kellner is not well liked (I've heard him referred to as "worse than Lorenzo" for those of you who know what means). The general feel here is that CAL had a good system in place with ExpressJet and Mainline and Larry is f*cking it up with all this CHQ mess. Ooooooh well.
