So you're p***ed off at new people simply accepting a flying job that's offered to them that will help them progress in their careers? Weren't we all taught to look out for good opportunities to advance in this industry? I'm middle aged and grew up around aviation and honestly, have never seen a better time for "newbies" to get their foot in the door. You're blaming them for problems you perceive at OO? That's ridiculous! So, you feel working 85 credit hours a month is "overworked"? Whatever, I've worked many other areas of this industry, including maintenance, and can tell you there's many harder ways to make a paycheck than flying a freakin' airplane around on trips. After all, flying is what we love right? At what point do people stop b****in about what they signed up to do and start doing it without complaining? It's unrealistic to think we should get paid six figures salaries while flying 20 hours month and home every night. If people don't want to do it, fine. Move on. Stop trying to be the tail wagging the dog. It is what it is. Get your crap and move on.
