2) OO has a huge staffing issue. Line pilots are fed up being forced to work 85 crappy credit hours a month. The more these people bail the company out the worse it'll be for everyone!
Wait tell September, everyone will complain they don't fly enough and there is nothing to pick up.... This same thing happens every year. We are in a "Sesonal" industry.. ya. It suck!!! 20+ years of it. But you come To grips with it and move on...
