I'm going to guess you're a newb yourself. I doubt you have all that much seniority. DTW based I bet. Why don't you quit and go to one of these better regionals (or other jobs) you speak of. Why stay and be miserable? Everyone else is hiring. Quick upgrades, flow through. WTF are you still doing here? Waiting to take the first available upgrade and be back on reserve in DTW? Seriously, there are a bunch of big bonuses waiting for you. Go be happy somewhere else. You've ranted for 20 post over the last day about how this place sucks. Make your life better and GTFO.

And I'll give you a little history lesson. This airline is staffed rather well right now. We've been a hell of a lot shorter on pilots in the past. And crummy 200 flying out of DTW and MSP will always be the norm. There's nothing SkyWest can do about it as Delta decides the city pairs.
