I agree there are better places to go. By the end of the year the training program is going to take a major turn where new hires will have to do a large majority of the traning via CBTs prior to showing up and will be given a PRIA test covering all the systems. But probably the worst aspect is the bs block verses credit garbage. This month alone I'm scheduled to block 13 hours more than I will be paid.
