If you choose equipment/base where you're going to sit reserve, plan on not breaking guarantee.

It's one year for operational bonus. PPS you should get as soon as you complete a full six-month eligibility period (ie Jan-Jun or Jul-Oct).

If it's a legal duty period, no extra pay. But if you time out and get a hotel, then you get at least 4:12 for the next day.

They haven't cancelled vacations as long as I've been here (10+ years). If you don't have enough vacation/user credit (due to sick calls or other time off) they will reduce awarded vacations to match the credit you have available.

Golden days? If you're super junior, you're not going to get your pick of days off, schedule, vacation, etc. Nature of the industry.

Hate to tell you, but SKW is about as good as gets in the regional world...many of us have tried other regionals first
Don't like SKW? Better bust your hump to qualify for a major airline asap, or find a new career. I might suggest a new career...major airline recruiters are VERY good at sniffing out negative attitudes like yours. Not saying SKW is all unicorns and rainbows but the attitude WILL torpedo your future plans. Just saw it happen to an old buddy this month. It's really hard to be all negative about your job and life in general, and then fake it at an interview.
