However some of us want more for busting our butts! Instead all I see is managements salary increasing millions at a time and our weekly "stay competitive" email. It's a regional. If regionals start having actual leverage they will cease to exist...that's the whole point. Regionals are not airlines, they subcontractors.
Don't like it? Get a major airline job or a new career.
I sure hope you didn't come to SKW thinking you were going to stay and have legacy airline QOL and compensation???
