Xjt is in the place it's in, in part because of Skywest pilots. You guys work for the most successful, most profitable regional airline ever in the entire world! Yet, you can't find yourselves to use the leverage of the best pilot environment since Orville and Wilbur. It sounds like there is at least one Skywest pilot that is frustrated over that and I don't blame him. Your pay rates are just multipliers to your work rules. Right now you guys are one of the most productive pilot groups and that equates to your work rules being a low multiplier of your pay rates. You can do a lot better for yourselves but that requires using your leverage effectively.
Lots of non-Utards disgusted with the vote. The way it was presented, the absolute retardation of guys who wanted to vote yes on rumors they made up of growth that we could not staff even if we got it.
Literally they convinced themselves, because once again, they are raised without critical thinking skills, that they are in charge of making sure the company and their executives get record profits, or that as a "regional" you can't expect a reasonable wage.
