Endeavor isn't getting 200s. They are getting -900s and parking -200s.
They were, initially at least. When the ASA 200 ending was announced, 9E was taking 14 of them. That's morphed into them only getting 5 in service now. Then parking a total of 16 200's in exchange for the 28 CR9 and 3 CR7.
