This is absolutely false, on the pilot side at least. Don't know about mechanics. But let's be honest, this isn't the real reason. We all know it's a union issue. JA made that abundantly clear back in 08, during the first buyout attempt. There was no talk of contract provisions (other than getting rid of the provision forcing SLI). The only other thing they would consider was if we decertified ALPA.
