We "get to" pay 2.5-4 hours per vacation day as we see fit. So you're looking at 10-16 days a year. For anything below 5 years. Of course senior guys get it better. I'll post a screen. I used 7 days at 2.5 recently and ended up with 16 off. So stretching them by using them at 2.5 is not a good plan
