N Korea seems to have forgotten about the sub and boomer fleet. Particularly those that now have conventional war head cruise missals.
I wonder if "Blind Man's Bluff" was translated into Korean? That book tells the tale of US subs hanging out in the Sea of Okhotsk for the last half decade. That's pretty close to the Sea of Japan as I recall.
